Transport

We have extensive experience across the transport sector, including bids, mobilisation and demobilisation support for organisations including heavy and light rail in the UK.

Utilities

Managing change programmes and long-term projects including the set-up of new services and joint ventures, we have an excellent understanding of the utilities market and the regulatory requirements and challenges that each utility type faces. Previous work in this sector includes projects for London Electricity, EDF Energy and the Energy Savings Trust.

Construction

Our work with construction and development firms has included direct projects and those where companies are involved as a partner or third party in wider programmes. By applying our tried and tested project methodology and day-to-day management, we can help construction companies to deliver successful bids and manage mobilisations.

Digital

Digital transformation projects are critical to the future across many sectors. We have delivered change projects that increase profitability, launched new digital projects and can use our extensive management experience to help digital providers bid for – and then successfully mobilise – large, long-term contracts.
